The NBA superstar and basketball commentator recently cut the price of his Malibu modern by close to $350,000 and stands to take a loss on the multimillion dollar property. We personally think it's a bargain.modern on the market with an asking price under $4 million, a rare find for the exclusive area. The five-time NBA All Star, who retired from the sport in 2008, bought the three-bedroom, three-bath property around 2006 while he was suiting up for the Philadelphia 76ers.
