From Malibu to Miami, November proved that the fourth-quarter market was a wildcard. Here's a quick recap of A-lister homes that were sold, relisted and slashed last month.
SOLD: At last! Deal or No Deal host Howie Mandel finally sold his Malibu home for a cool $7 million. Mandel bought the charming 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath Point Dume home for $3 million in July 2006, initiating a complete renovation two years later in 2008. It was on the market for 15 months before the actor upped the listing $500,000 and finally secured a buyer. Here's a look inside.

RELISTED: Crooner Josh Groban has put his Tuscan-inspired Malibu digs back on the market. The singer originally listed the 6,138-square-foot, 4-bedroom property in 2010 for $6.1 million and reduced the price a few months later. After completely taking the home off the market in 2011, Groban is once again trying to sell, this time for $5.5 million. Here's a peek at the home.

PRICE SLASHED: Several celebrities are trying to unload their Miami estates, including actor Matt Damon who recently cut the price on his sprawling 2,705-square-foot manse. The actor's currently trying to sell his compound, which was originally listed at an even $20 million, for $18.9 million. The Mediterranean-inspired property boasts 7 bedrooms, 10 baths, a home theater and 1,750 feet of waterfront access on Biscayne Bay.
