Buy the House Featured in 'The Mary Tyler Moore Show'

Television's most famous bachelorette pad is up for grabs: Listed for $2.895 million, this charming Victorian home was featured in the popular '70s sitcom The Mary Tyler Moore Show.

Location: Minneapolis, Minn.
Listed By: Barry Berg Group of Coldwell Banker Burnet
Price: $2,895,000

On the show, single and successful TV producer Mary Richards occupies the upstairs apartment of the circa-1900 residence. Her landlord Phyllis lives on the first floor, while her best friend Rhoda resides in an attic apartment. The home was used to film exterior shots of Mary's pad; interior shots were filmed on a studio set.

Today, the real-life house isn't divided into apartments. Instead, it offers 9,500 square feet of carefully updated living space filled with ornate millwork, beautiful bay windows and built-in shelving. The sun-filled kitchen is our favorite space -- with its huge island, crisp white cabinetry and seamlessly integrated appliances -- though the cozy backyard patio is a close second. Decades after the show first aired, dozens of tour buses still pass by the home each day. Could you deal with devoted Mary Tyler Moore fans to live in this piece of television history?
