The Florida Keys and visited the islands at least 11 times during his presidency. It's rumored that he penned The Truman Letters while staying on the houseboat. In fact, there's a museum in Key West, known as the Harry S. Truman Little White House, which served as his home away from home.
The houseboat in Islamorada is listed for $6.25 million by Sotheby's International Realty and features a stateroom, two bathrooms, living room, and a galley kitchen on the first floor. On the second floor there’s a four-bunk bedroom and an upper deck with panoramic ocean views.
