Ashton Kutcher's L.A. Bachelor Pad Back on the Market

Nestled into the close-to-one-acre property is a secluded pool and patio area, perfect for lazy days or entertaining friends.

If you follow the real estate world of the rich and famous as closely as we do, today's cool house may look familiar. In June 2011, Two and a Half Men actor Ashton Kutcher sold this contemporary Craftsman for $2.35 million. Now, it's back on the market for $2.585 million.

After purchasing the property for an even $1 million in 2004, Ashton and his father worked with designer Duncan McIntosh to remodel the residence. The trio expanded the home from 2,000 to 3,235 square feet and added custom details, including exotic wood trim and a 210-bottle wine tower just off the dining room. Shortly after completing the overhaul, Ashton married actress Demi Moore and put his hip bachelor pad on the market.

Post-renovation, the home features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a professional theater and a Crestron automation system. Throughout the residence, sliding glass doors lead to the backyard -- an ultra-private space with a three-tiered cascading waterfall pool. Stone stairways and paths wind through the lush greenery of the nearly one-acre property.
