8 Luxurious Homes of Past Oscar Winners

Jodie Foster, Matt Damon and Reese Witherspoon have all won Oscars — and they all have gorgeous houses to display them in. Here are eight homes (and former homes) of Hollywood's Oscar winners.

Robin Williams won an Oscar for Good Will Hunting. His Italianate-style Napa mansion is 20,000 square feet and comes with 653 acres.

"Where do you keep your Oscar?" Oscar-winners always get asked that question. The modest ones, like Gwyneth Paltrow and Anna Paquin, claim their Oscars are stowed out of sight. Others put them on book shelves or trophy cases. Then there are those that take less conventional routes. Emma Thompson and Jodie Foster keep theirs in the loo (though Foster moved hers after it started rusting). Cate Blanchett puts hers on the grand piano. Goldie Hawn keeps hers in her meditation room. Regardless of where their Oscars reside, you know it's probably somewhere inside a gorgeous house. With the Oscars coming up on Sunday, we decided to revisit some homes of past Oscar winners. Check out our gallery below.
