Leo recently sold his Malibu beach home for $17.35 million, which originally went on the market in November 2012 for $23 million. The 2,633-square-foot compound includes three separate residences with seven total bedrooms, multiple whirlpools, luxury decks and, of course, private access to a stunning stretch of Malibu beach.

Julia Roberts - Not only is she America's Sweetheart, she is nominated for Best Supporting Actress in August: Osage County. The rumor is that the actress and her husband are said to have purchased a gorgeous beach home in the Limahuli Valley on the Hawaiian island of Kauai for $10 million in 2009. The property sits on eight acres and includes a three-bedroom main house, one-bedroom cottage and 400 feet of direct ocean frontage. Now it's for sale and can be yours for $17 million.

Martin Scorsese - Not only is the film The Wolf of Wall Street nominated for Best Picture, Scorsese is nominated for Best Director. Here is the actual home that was used as Leonardo DiCaprio's pad in the movie. Hill purchased this ranch-style estate in suburban Tarzana in 2011 for $2.175 million. He then sold the home in 2012 to "Love You Like a Love Song" singer Selena Gomez. Built in 1956, the five-bedroom house spans 4,500 square feet and is located on a corner lot in a gated community. Party-friendly features include a pool, spa, tennis court and bocce ball court.
