11 Glamorous Homes of Grammy Nominees

With the 56th Annual Grammy Awards coming up this Sunday, we’re taking a peek inside the fabulous homes of 11 nominated artists. Who wins for Best House?

Taylor Swift racked up four nominations this year: Album of the Year (Red), Best Country Album (also for Red), Best Country Song (“Begin Again”) and Best Country Duo/Group Performance (“Highway Don’t Care”). Her childhood home – a gorgeously restored 1929 residence in Pennsylvania – hit the market last year. It sold for $700,000 in September.

Nominated for both Best Pop Solo Performance and Song of the Year for “Roar,” Katy Perry sold her contemporary pad in Los Angeles for $3.3 million in July 2011. She shared the home with her ex-husband, quirky actor and comedian Russell Brand.

Kanye West, whose latest album Yeezus was nominated for Best Rap Album, recently purchased a home in Bel-Air with girlfriend and reality TV star Kim Kardashian. The Mediterranean-style mansion comes with a pool, a gourmet kitchen and a master suite with an enormous closet and bath.

Rihanna, nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (“Stay”) and Best Urban Contemporary Album (Unapologetic), listed her Pacific Palisades home for rent in 2013. The 11,000-square-foot contemporary estate comes with a rooftop sun deck, a zero-edge pool and an outdoor bar.

Pink’s “Just Give Me a Reason” earned nominations for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Song of the Year. The edgy singer-songwriter paid $2 million for this Spanish-style home in Sherman Oaks back in 2002. She listed it for $4 million in 2011, but records show it didn’t sell.

Pharrell Williams’ collaborations with Jay-Z, Robin Thicke and other artists earned him a Producer of the Year nomination. The hip hop star slashed the price of his Miami penthouse from $16.8 million to $10.9 million last year, eventually pulling it off the market altogether.

Gloria Estefan’s newest album, The Standards, got a Grammy nod for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. The singer-songwriter’s Mediterranean-style mansion in Miami Beach is on the market for $35 million.

Nominated for Best R&B Album for Girl on Fire, Alicia Keys sold her stylish SoHo penthouse for around $12 million last year. Previously owned by Lenny Kravitz, the home boasts sun-drenched interiors and expansive terraces that overlook New York City.

Kelly Clarkson’s song “Don’t Rush” earned a nomination for Best Country Duo/Group Performance. The singer and her husband, music manager Brandon Blackstock, share this sprawling estate in Hendersonville, Tenn.

Nominated for Best Country Album (Two Lanes of Freedom) and Best Country Duo/Group Performance (“Highway Don’t Care”), Tim McGraw put his historic Tennessee estate on the market last year. Shared with wife and fellow country music star Faith Hill, 753-acre estate includes four separate residences.

Late-night TV host Craig Ferguson has been nominated for Best Comedy Album for I’m Here to Help. Last year, the funnyman sold his Spanish-style abode in Los Angeles for $1.27 million.
