Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there were 731 people, 249 households, and 210 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 160.4/km² (415.5/mi²). There were 264 housing units at an average density of 57.9/km² (150.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 88.78% White (U.S. Census), 4.38% African American (U.S. Census), 0.55% Native American (U.S. Census), 3.56% Asian (U.S. Census), 1.23% from Race (United States Census), and 1.50% from two or more races. Hispanic (U.S. Census) or Latino (U.S. Census) of any race were 7.11% of the population.
