The Town of Franklin is a city in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 29,560 at the 2000 census. In 2007,'Family Circle'Magazine named Franklin one of the top ten towns in the country in which to raise a family.
History
Franklin was first settled by Europeans in 1660 and was officially incorporated in 1778.
