The racial makeup of the CDP was 89.87% White (U.S. Census), 3.98% African American (U.S. Census), 0.38% Native American (U.S. Census), 1.25% Asian (U.S. Census), 0.10% Pacific Islander (U.S. Census), 2.34% from Race (United States Census), and 2.09% from two or more races. Hispanic (U.S. Census) or Latino (U.S. Census) of any race were 8.22% of the population.
