There were 1,140 housing units at an average density of 321.3/km2 (831.8/mi2). The racial makeup of the city was 97.11% White (U.S. Census) (94.6% were Non-Hispanic,) 0.50% African American (U.S. Census), 2.00% Asian (U.S. Census), 0.20% from Race (United States Census), and 0.20% from two or more races. Hispanic (U.S. Census) or Latino (U.S. Census) of any race were 2.59% of the population.
