There’s never a dull moment when it comes to celebrity real estate in New York. So who’s been buying or at least window-shopping? Here’s what we’ve heard.

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem
Cruz and Bardem reportedly checked out a gigantic five-bedroom, 4,900-square-foot duplex unit at One Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn Heights. Should they move into the former warehouse building, the stunning Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway would be right at their front doorstep.

Lena Dunham
According to the New York Daily News, Dunham of Girls fame was spotted checking out the penthouse at Williamsburg’s Gretsch Building. The three-bedroom, full-floor condo features a sprawling living room, his-and-hers walk-in closets and wraparound terrace with expansive Manhattan and Brooklyn views. Sounds like a perfect place to host a Girls wrap party.

Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy
The Real Estalker reports that Danes and Dancy have bought themselves a West Village home. The four-story, four-bedroom townhouse is 3,166 square feet and boasts tons of outdoor space — a courtyard garden, a second-floor terrace and rooftop with Village views.

Ichiro Suzuki
The Yankees outfielder is renting a pad at Harlem’s 111 Central Park North, according to the New York Post. The 5,400-square-foot unit was listed for $23,500 a month and includes six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and is an easy 10 minutes to Yankee Stadium by car.

Tea Leoni
The actress recently bought a three-bedroom apartment on Riverside Drive, reports the New York Observer. She paid $5.12 million for the Upper West Side corner unit, which offers Hudson River views and plenty of pre-war details.
