The motivational speaker has amassed wealth that is estimated to be in the $480 million range and now he's putting his money to use in at his new Palm Beach home.

Everyone from CEOs to celebrities calls Tony Robbins for guidance. He's made his millions by helping others overcome personal challenges and face their fears. He uses tactics like walking on fire, in which participants walk barefoot across hot coals. While he travels constantly for his seminars, he and his wife decided to move their primary residence from California to Florida.

Robbins secretly bought the oceanfront mansion located at 750 South Ocean Boulevard for $24.7 million and is now spending between $8 million and $10 million to improve the property, according to Gossip Extra.

Plans include rebuilding the infinity-edge pool, as well as gutting the 16,000-square-foot interior of the house.
