Timbaland Lists Miami Beach Condo
The Grammy-nominated music superstar is selling his South of Fifth condo for $5.5 million, twice the price that he bought the property for in 2006.
Timbaland has collaborated with some of the top recording artists in the country including Madonna, Justin Timberlake and Jay Z. Now here's your chance to live it up in his condo — although he's never lived in it.
The three-bedroom residence is located in the luxurious South of Fifth neighborhood at the Murano Grande at Portofino. The 24th-floor condo features incredible water views and a renovated design.
The unit has Portuguese bush-hammered limestone columns and French limestone floors. It also features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the water and the city.

You might be interested to know that there's a little controversy surrounding the residence. In 2010 Timbaland had it out with the building's condo association in court. The association tried to foreclose on the unit, claiming the celeb owed $27,000 in unpaid maintenance fees.
The celeb rapper eventually paid the condo association and spent $2 million renovating the residence. According to The Wall Street Journal, he never actually lived in the unit.
Real estate broker Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman told the journal that the producer is now selling because he "realized the demand for this size apartment fully renovated, and he would like to seize the opportunity to sell."
