Seth Meyers Buys $3.25 Million Condo in West Village
The new Late Night host opted for a modest two-bedroom apartment.
Seth Meyers will soon be taking over as the host of NBC's Late Night, but a new job isn't the only big change in store for the soon-to-be-former Saturday Night Live performer.
Meyers recently paid $3.25 million for a two-bedroom condo in the West Village, where he'll be moving in with wife Alexi Ashe. You'd think the new host of Late Night would be dropping money on lavish digs, but Meyers opted for something a little more modest. The pre-war condo is a mere 994 square feet, with two bathrooms, sunken living room, wood-burning fireplace and newly renovated kitchen. According to the listing, the apartment is "flooded" with sunlight and offers "fabulous views" of Greenwich Village, which you can glimpse in the above photo. The apartment was originally listed for $3.6 million, but Meyers managed to finagle a 2% discount.
