Rosie O'Donnell Buying Olivia Newton-John's House in Florida

Could the stars align for two former "Grease" actresses? Rosie O'Donnell, who played Rizzo in the 1994 Broadway production, has a contract to buy the South Florida home of Olivia Newton-John, who played Sandy in the movie.

Located in Palm Beach County, the Jupiter Beach Inlet is home to a historic lighthouse, waterfront restaurants and gorgeous mansions.

Other famous neighbors include singer Kid Rock and country music star Alan Jackson.

Olivia Newton-John and her husband, John Easterling, bought the Jupiter Inlet home on 104 Lighthouse Drive in 2009 for $4.1 million and then completely renovated the 7,429-square-foot mansion.

The Key West-style house sits on the Intracoastal and features unique design elements like natural coral stone flooring and a custom-built driftwood kitchen. It even comes with a kayak beach in the backyard.

Although they listed the house for $6.2 million, Gossip Extra reported that the couple accepted Rosie O'Donnell's offer of $5.6 million. Nothing is final until the house is inspected and the documents are signed. If all goes well, the deal could go through in less than two weeks.

Rosie recently sold her Miami Beach mansion on Star Island for $12.6 million, so she has plenty of cash to seal the deal. She bought the Miami property in 1999 from the Ethiopian Zion Coptic Church, known for its pot-smoking, Rastafarian parishioners.
