Miami Heat Makes Big Plays in Real Estate

Not only to do the Big Three make big plays on the basketball court, these NBA superstars are investing in South Florida real estate.

While the Miami Heat players are gunning for their second NBA championship, we took a look at their real estate ventures in Miami. Here’s the run down courtesy of the South Florida Business Journal: 

LeBron James paid $9 million for a 12,000-square-foot home on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove with six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.

Heat President Pat Riley paid $11.75 million for his penthouse at the Apogee on Miami Beach. He sold his Coral Gables house for $16.75 million.

Luxury Homes for Miami Heat Fans

Chris Bosh paid $12.5 million for his 12,000-square-foot home on North Bay Road in Miami Beach. Next-door neighbor Dwyane Wade paid $10.65 million for his 13,000-square-foot waterfront home also located on North Bay Road.
