While the Miami Heat players are gunning for their second
NBA championship, we took a look at their real estate ventures in Miami. Here’s
the run down courtesy of the South Florida Business Journal:
Heat President Pat Riley paid $11.75 million for his penthouse at the Apogee on Miami Beach. He sold his Coral Gables house for $16.75 million.
Chris Bosh paid $12.5 million for his 12,000-square-foot home on North Bay Road in Miami Beach. Next-door neighbor Dwyane Wade paid $10.65 million for his 13,000-square-foot waterfront home also located on North Bay Road.
