Lance Bass' Manhattan Condo Up For Grabs
The former 'NSync-er lists his New York City home.
Lance Bass, one-time boy band member and current host of his own Sirius radio show, Dirty Pop with Lance Bass, has put his one-bedroom, two-bath condo on the market for $2.2 million. The abode may be small at 1,300 square feet, but the coveted location more than makes up for the space. The property is located in the popular and highly sought-after Chelsea Mercantile building in Manhattan, which was originally built in 1910. The charming prewar home boasts 11 closets, an office (with a Murphy bed), plenty of picture windows, high ceilings and, of course, a communal roof deck. The 19-story Chelsea Mercantile, which has attracted other bold-faced names including actress Katie Holmes and designer Marc Jacobs, also includes a fitness center, on-site grocery and a valet. Bass originally purchased the condo in 2010 for $1.5 million and is rumored to be relocating to the West Coast full-time.
