Kerry Washington's Former Harlem Home on the Market for $2.95 Million
The Emmy-nominated actress lived in the parlor unit at 312 West 115th St. in the mid-2000s.
Here's a fun bit of news for all you Scandal fans: The Harlem home where Scandal star Kerry Washington once lived is currently on the market for $2.95 million, according to the New York Post. Washington, a Bronx native, lived in the parlor unit of the townhouse with ex-fiance and actor David Moscow from 2005 to 2007. Moscow owned the 3,500-square-foot townhouse at the time and is still the current owner, though he no longer lives there.
Located one block from Morningside Park and two short blocks from the B and C trains, the townhouse was built around 1900 and features a restored brick facade, original pocket doors, fireplaces and stained-glass windows. Though it's currently divided into four rental units, it can be converted into an owner's duplex (with garden) and two rental units. It was originally listed for $3.5 million back in May before it was removed and re-listed this month for $2.95 million. Moscow bought the building in 2004 for $990,000.
