The King of Latin Pop sold his waterfront mansion in Miami's luxurious Bay Point neighborhood.
Not only is Enrique Iglesias one of the best-selling Spanish
language artists of all time, he's making bank on the sale of his Miami home.
The two-story, more than 6,000-square-foot estate was built by Iglesias in 1998 and features five bedrooms
and six baths. Gossip Extra
reported that the singer-songwriter bought the lot for $640,000.
Located in Bay Point, the waterfront mansion is nestled in one of South Florida's most prestigious communities. The home is the highest-priced listing sold per square foot in the private neighborhood to date.
