Esther Percal of EWM Realty/Christie's International Real Estate represented the pop star in the sale. "This is a home defined by privacy and exclusivity," said Percal.  "The Bay Point neighborhood has become an ideal location for high-profile buyers."

Not only is Enrique Iglesias one of the best-selling Spanish language artists of all time, he's making bank on the sale of his Miami home.

The two-story, more than 6,000-square-foot estate was built by Iglesias in 1998 and features five bedrooms and six baths. Gossip Extra reported that the singer-songwriter bought the lot for $640,000.

Located in Bay Point, the waterfront mansion is nestled in one of South Florida's most prestigious communities. The home is the highest-priced listing sold per square foot in the private neighborhood to date.

Marked by unobstructed views of the downtown Miami skyline, the property has approximately 100 feet of waterfront and is encircled by lush, tropical landscaping.
