The home features a home theater with surround sound throughout, covered terraces, a vanishing-edge heated pool, outdoor kitchen and rooftop deck, amidst lush landscaping and Zen gardens. A stand-alone gym and sports room, sauna and steam room, and a separate guest house also grace the property.

Mayi de la Vega and Arlene Susy Dunand of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented Alex Rodriguez in the sale.
