In May of this year, baseball player Alex Rodriguez sold his custom-built waterfront estate in Miami Beach for $30 million. It was the largest price ever recorded for the North Bay Road neighborhood.

He sold his massive Miami Beach mansion for a record-breaking $30 million and now Alex Rodriguez wants to unload his condo. Listed for $3.1 million, the Asian-themed residence has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and totals 1,725 square feet. A-Rod paid $2.1 million for the 11th floor condo six months ago and if he gets his asking price, he'll make a pretty decent profit on the investment. The slugger hired interior designer, Briggs Edward Solomon to upgrade the decor inside the unit. The residence is located at the MEi condo development at 5875 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.
