This is cosmopolitan Miami, where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean to the east and set behind the beating heart of downtown to the west. Right in the middle is Vizcayne, former home of Dwyane Wade.

Three penthouses at Vizcayne have hit the market, and one of them formally housed Dwyane Wade. Ranging between 4,178 and 4,495 square feet, the units cost between $1.8 and $2.7 million.

The penthouses come fully furnished by Brazilian home furnishings retailer Sacarro. And who knows? Maybe you'll find some Miami Heat memorabilia that Wade left behind.

Want to walk to all the games? The basketball star's former condo is three levels and located just steps from American Airlines Arena on Biscayne Bay.

The views are panoramic and the building amenities include everything you could ever want:

  • Four pools
  • Bar and lounge area
  • Towel service
  • Expansive sun deck and gardens
  • Health and fitness center
  • Rooftop running track
  • Full-service spa
  • Movie theater and game room

Vizcayne residents also get platinum membership for yourself and three guests to Nikki Beach locations in Miami and around the world.
