Currently we do not yet have a solution in place to address single submissions unless you do this through your broker or a third party provider. However, hang tight! We're working hard behind the scenes to make available additional features later this year that will allow you to upload less than 100 listings at your discretion.

How do I edit or remove listings that I no longer represent?
You can easily delete listings that you no longer represent by clicking "Remove" in the My Active Listings section. This will only remove the listing from your FrontDoor account, not from FrontDoor.com.
What should I do if information on my listings appears incorrectly?
Once you have confirmed a listing, log into your FrontDoor Account so you can edit the photos, description, open house times and/or home style. Other data fields such as address and contact information must be changed within the feed. Contact your provider to accomplish this. To correct errors as quickly as possible, submit your online request here with the following information: (1) full address details, property price and, if the property appears on FrontDoor.com, the html link we've associated with that listing (simply cut and paste it from the browser), (2) detail out the problem: Incorrect/out of date data? More than one version of the listing on site? Broken images? The more information you provide, the quicker we can investigate and resolve potential issues.
How do I add Home Styles to my listings?
Brokers, agents, home buyers and sellers alike can weigh in on the home style of properties on FrontDoor.com. Agents can set the "home style of record" two ways: (1) send this information in your feed to us or (2) log into your FrontDoor Account and add it to a listing from there. Home buyers and sellers can provide feedback by going to the property detail page and selecting the appropriate home style from the drop down menu.

My profile photos do not show up the way I want on my profile. What do I do?
If the profile photos are being sent to FrontDoor.com by your listings feed, try logging into your FrontDoor Account and resubmitting a photo. If you continue to have difficulty please contact us.

In order for your Facebook feed to show up in the Social Activity module on your profile, your Facebook privacy setting should be set to allow everyone to view your status updates.

If the profile photos are being sent to FrontDoor.com by your listings feed, try logging into your FrontDoor Account and resubmitting a photo. If you continue to have difficulty please contact us.

Confirm Listings

What should I do if I cannot locate my listings on FrontDoor.com?
Access your FrontDoor Account and search by address. If you are still unable to find your listings, contact your feed provider to ensure your listings are being sent to FrontDoor.com and critical data such as price, geo-location or zip are not missing as these components can impact whether or not a listing will appear on FrontDoor.com.

Listing Feeds

I do not have properties on FrontDoor.com. How do I add them?
Please contact your broker to submit a listings feed.
I am a broker with over 100 listings or a third party provider. How do I add my listings to FrontDoor.com?
  1. Step 1: Submit a feed request here with the following information:
    • 1. Are you an agent or broker?
    • 2. Do you have a website?
    • 3. Are you affiliated with a major franchisor or independent broker? Which one?
    • 4. Are you able to provide a listings feed?*
    • 5. How many listings do you have?
    *Note: Currently, we do not accept IDX feeds and can only accept listings feeds from listings brokers, in xml or delimited text file format.
  2. Step 2: Complete the licensing agreement.

    We will email you a standard licensing agreement authorizing us to display your listings on FrontDoor.com. The listing broker will need to sign and return the agreement to us via fax at: 212.398.0420, Attn: Broker Feeds Team.

  3. Step 3: Submit listings for testing.

    To ensure we display the most accurate data possible, we require a feed in either xml or delimited text file format (no IDX) using the fields in our standard layout. Detailed feed instructions are located here.Within five (5) business days of receipt of the test file, your listings will go live on FrontDoor.com.

I am a broker with less than 100 listings. How do I add my listings to FrontDoor.com?

How often are your listings updated?
Listings on FrontDoor.com are updated daily via the listings feeds we receive from our broker and aggregation partners, most of whom send a daily feed update.
Do you charge for listings to be posted on FrontDoor.com?
There is no charge for basic listings promotion on FrontDoor.com. However, optional premium placement is available as a paid feature for brokerages today, and this option is coming soon for agents.
Can I submit an IDX feed to you?
Unfortunately, we can't accept IDX feeds at this time. Review our feed instructions (http://images.frontdoor.com/FDOOR/frontdoor-listings-feed-spec.pdf).
