Thanks to some divine intervention (or perhaps just a whole lot of rigorous remodeling), the formerly condemned Golden Gate Lutheran Church is now one of the most heavenly single-family homes in San Francisco. Many of the original details were left intact, such as the sanctuary with soaring, hand-painted ceilings and arched stained glass windows.

But don't worry -- you won't be living in the dark ages in this Gothic-style home. There are plenty of up-to-the-minute features, including a new chef's kitchen and a luxurious marble master bath. Can I hear an "Amen?"
