The Los Angeles mansion where pop music legend Michael Jackson died in June 2009 is for sale, listed at a whopping $28,995,000. The hefty price tag is actually a major price cut from the last time the home was on the market: In 2008, the estate was listed for $38 million by owner Hubert Guez, chief executive of the Ed Hardy fashion brand. Before his death, the King of Pop rented the property for $100,000 a month while he rehearsed for his "This Is It" concert series.
