Actress-turned-businesswoman Suzanne Somers has sold countless self-help books, beauty products and Thighmasters, but there's one thing she's having trouble selling: her California estate, Les Baux de Palm Springs. After listing the home for $35 million in 2008, Somers and husband Alan Hamel slashed the price to $27.5 million and again to $12.9 million. That's a whopping total of $22.1 million in price cuts -- more than half of the home's original asking price.

The couple originally purchased the 73 acres of mountainous land in 1977. They eventually expanded the property's small main home and added guest houses, an amphitheater, a rock pool and spa and 10 outdoor rooms, all connected by trails and rock verandas.
