Atlanta Celebrity Real Estate Market Heats Up

We've got plenty of inventory and beautiful properties to go around. The prices are right, too.

The Ansley Group/Harry Norman, Realtors Situated on four acres, this contemporary compound was inspired by the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and features an infinity pool, cabanas and a waterfall.

There’s been a lot of buzz around the Atlanta celebrity real estate market as of late. When the news that Justin Bieber was house hunting in Buckhead, the real estate sewing circles kicked it in to high gear. Some longtime residents took to the blogosphere with plans to petition the pop star in an effort to encourage him to lay down stakes elsewhere.

Frankly, we found his initial choice of digs somewhat questionable. While it is an incredibly beautiful and brand new property, it is located within site of Northside Drive, a main thoroughfare and in a neighborhood where most of the kids his age suit up in prep school uniforms and head out to the city’s toniest private schools

As a gesture of goodwill, we went searching for Bieber and found a beautiful secluded modern rambler in the same neighborhood at half the price! Situated on four acres, the resort-like gated estate boasts eight bedrooms, seven full baths and three half baths. The open concept layout in the common areas makes for great entertaining and there is a wine cellar and a gym to boot. The master suite with its adjacent bathroom is afforded total privacy and has a romantic deck overlooking the backyard.

The interior could use a freshener, but the grounds are this property’s ace in the hole. Surrounding the infinity pool are private cabanas, an outdoor grill, a full service bar, fire pit, waterfall and a spa. The only that is missing is Isaac the Bartender. Listed at $5.5 million, this property is half the price of the Blackland Road mansion. With that savings, Justin can have his Isaac and Gopher, too.
